$35 per session (up t0 10 sessions)
$30 per session (11 or more sessions)
SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small group sessions offer couples and a group of 2-3 friends an opportunity to join together to accomplish their fitness goals. Bring in your own support system for accountability as well as camaraderie!
Rates:

$25 per person per session (up to 10 sessions)
$20 per person per session ( 11 or more)
BOOT CAMPS

Boot Camps offer a large group a time sensitive focus to achieve goals. Fitness Boot Camps will be offered in 1-4 week incremented camps throughout the year. Camps will meet daily at designated times and focus on fast results within the specified time frame. Rates will vary with each camp dependent on duration of camp.
